To Editor of Marie Claire,
I met many wonderful bloggers in my blogging adventure. Of course not all of them maintain just a personal journal. But some of them share their daily day-to-day activities as healthy living and fitness bloggers. Caitlin and Meghann touched and changed many lives with not just their daily chronology of healthy living, eating and fitness routines. But the quirkiness of their world. Something many of us bloggers can relate to.
We share our lives, recipes, what we did on a holiday etc. We share our stories. Not expert advices. Very unlikely to be manipulated by a stranger. Or an outrageous and irresponsible magazine such as Marie Claire. Personally, I’ve never attacked anyone that posts negative comments or emails. But this time Marie Claire has gone to far. Don’t underestimate me just because I am a nice person. [click to continue…]

My brain has been so idle. Been entertaining so many guests lately. Endless round trips to Disney theme parks & shopping. It’s ME time now and a breather 🙂 I’ve been busy tweaking my blog design whenever time permits. And of course, if you are following my tweets, you’d notice the changing themes on my twitter background as well. Presently, I’m a design geek.
Many of my blog friends are on blog “vacation” as well. Miss their rantings. My writing adventures are also stand still at the moment. I would regroup once I’m done with understanding the CSS coding and structuring. I told ya. I’m in a geeky mode 😀
Over and out.

Juggling life in overseas, all alone without family, can be daunting. It takes time to adjust into new circle of friends, surroundings and way of life. Self-sufficiency is key here and with summer upon us here in Florida, it’s blisteringly hot! Just running around the town to complete errands is a sigh these days. Self-pampering is also very costly. But I’ve found a home remedy for aching feet 🙂 [click to continue…]
I would not apologize for neglecting you, my dear blog. These past few weeks has been a roller coaster ride, beginning with a discovery of thinning hair-line, fever, stomach flu, indigestion, nausea, and the list goes on… Nope, I am not pregnant. Just not so excited being 31. The reality sinks in. Vigorously counting calories. Instead of just eating, I watch what I eat. Exercise frequently, and cut down on salt and eggs. I dislike being in the 30s 😀
Spring brings joy, blooms, {too much} insects, overgrown lawn, insane amount of weeds killing my lawn, more sunshine, less rain that equals to more sun tan lotion, hat & sunglasses. Sigh. I’ve been complaining too much 🙂
On a lighter note, during my recent trip visiting folks back in Malaysia, I stumbled upon some of my childhood photos. Can you guess ME from this photo?
Me & my siblings 🙂
