Cauliflower is a game changer, my friends. Knowing what you feed your body is very important. Once oil is heated, add mustard seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves and green chillies. Fry till mustard seeds stop spluttering.<\/li>\n<li>Add onions and turmeric powder. Fry till soft and translucent. Throw in minced ginger and fry till fragrant.<\/li>\n<li>Add vegetables in 3 minute intervals beginning chopped carrots, green beans and parboiled chopped potatoes. Stir in finely chopped cauliflower.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle on some salt to taste and a little water to moisten.
