Here&#8217;s a <a href=\"http:\/\/kirantarun.com\/food\/2011\/04\/09\/sunny-chill-smoothie\/\" target=\"_blank\">sunny chill smoothie<\/a>\u00a0recipe from the archives and <a href=\"http:\/\/kirantarun.com\/food\/2011\/04\/06\/birthday-breakfast\/\" target=\"_blank\">a slew of oatmeal ideas which I did for my birthday!<\/a>\u00a0As if this is not enough, <a href=\"http:\/\/instagram.com\/kirantarun\" target=\"_blank\">follow me on Instagram<\/a> where you&#8217;d see a collection of my morning breakfast oatmeal&#8217;s.<\/p>\n<p>Told you I&#8217;m obsessed \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>The ritual of toasting old-fashioned oats&#8211;adding water&#8211;stirring&#8211;adding chopped banana&#8211;stirring&#8211;drizzling some nut milk&#8211;more stirring&#8211;adding a few drops of vanilla extract&#8211;and you guessed it right! more stirring&#8211;finally, loading up on toppings and having it steaming hot is my way of beginning the day, favorite breakfast, breaks my heart.\u00a0On the other hand, the idea of steaming oats doesn&#8217;t sit well in the peak of summer.<\/p>\n<p>What best way to remedy this is by having some chilled or frozen fruits, combining all of your favorite oatmeal ingredients into the blender and whirl it all up into a dreamy creamy smoothie concoction.<\/p>\n<p>Easy as 1-2-3 recipe is below, for an underline;\">Ingredients<\/span>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cups almond milk, chilled<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup old-fashioned oats<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp flax seeds<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp chia seeds<\/li>\n<li>1 heaping tbsp nut butter (sunflower, almond, peanut etc)<\/li>\n<li>1 heaping cup of mixed berries (fresh\/frozen)<\/li>\n<li>1 very ripe sliced &amp; frozen banana<\/li>\n<li>some granola &amp; more berries for topping<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Directions<\/span>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 13px;\">Add almond milk, oats, flax and chia seeds into a blender.
