Makes 3 moderate servings
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of almond milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp sweetener of choice
- optional toppings (fruits/berries)
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients (except toppings) into a large mason jar. Using a spoon, stir and screw on the lid. Refrigerate overnight.
- The next day, remove chia pudding from refrigerator. Stir thoroughly before equally dividing up the portions. Serve it up with your favorite toppings. Really 🙂
