I certainly agree living abroad is new birth of a child reborn, since I am on long holiday in London from Pune, Maharashtra, India originally born and brought up in Mumbai, now in Pune. I am one of the best cook in my family and friends and a participant in master chef India. Today I experienced salmon cooking first time in my life trying Konkani system and discovered that this fish should not be cooked much to bring its flavours completely and adding more spices will reduce its natural flavours I think you agree on this. If any advice please mail me a recipe Indian style, if any, I will be obliged I am here till first week of December and will have more occasions to experiment with U.K. Seafoods.
Thanx
Shyam — Apologies I somehow missed on replying this comment. I hope you had fun experimenting recipes with UK Seafoods.
I have nominated you for a Liebster blog award <3

Hi Kiran! Assuming you speak the language – saya juga dari Malaysia! I stumbled upon your blog from Ohmyveggies and must say, I absolutely LOVE your posts! I tried your Apple & Cardamom tea cakes recipe today and despite not having a few correct ingredients, and thus having a strange texture, my partner and I loved it! We convinced ourselves it was “SUCH” a healthy alternative; NO BUTTER, I kept telling him.
I hope to try many more of your mouth watering recipes. Rindu Malaysia, tak?
Apa khabar, Divya 🙂
