I am sure many can relate to this situation – where, you live so close and yet, never could find time to visit local tourist attractions? For Pete’s sake, we’ve been to New York City twice but never Disneyland. Ever.

The biggest shocker? We live around 20 minutes away from Disney theme parks! Crazy, right? So, if and when you ever meet us, please remind us of our absurdity.

Thank you very much.

This post is a continuance of Part 1 & Part 2.

It might sound somewhat, preachy, but just go with it 😉

Inter-faith marriages are as common as having cellphone these days. Important decisions aren’t only made pre-marriage, but continued alliance through post marriage can make or break team effort towards achieving a healthy and wonderful marital bliss.

My favorite HITS this season:

1. Spending quality time together 🙂

2. Reminiscing childhood via merry-go-round (i almost went on a ride!)

I was invited a few weeks ago to visit Goodwill Industries of Central Florida, Inc. I was elated because I love supporting non-profit organizations and getting to know more about our community and what we can do to help each other.

First up, a summary of what Goodwill is all about:

to help Floridians overcome barriers to employments and become self-sufficient – thereby reducing the burden on the state and its taxpayers, and empowering our program participants not only with paychecks, but with dignity and self-worth.

You definitely got my vote 😉

We begin the tour by visiting the vocational services. There you’ll find people from all walks of life – including the under-privileged and special kids – coached for self-sustaining and job opportunities.
