Hello! I’ve been slacking in this department for quite some time now and there’s no excuse. Well, there’s tons if it involves dirtying my hands, kitchen and dishes over at my foodblog. What can I say? I eat to blog, and sadly my waist is not forgiving me either.

And nope, I don’t intend to emphasize this post about my waist, coz it’s just a waste of your time. And I am hanging onto any shards of dignity left in me. Thankyouverymuch.

What I do intend to show you is how I find inspiration all over the Internet. Yeah, I do take good advantage of Internet, ya know. Like wishing I bought him this fabulous gifts instead of mouthing excuses like, “there’s never enough options to gift shop for guys“. Or adding yet another razor to his collection?

Happy Martin Luther King Day 🙂

So, I’ve finally taken the bullet – figuratively of course. Being ill for far too long really got me thinking of my lifestyle and the changes that I must incorporate soon. I’ve been drinking boat load of fluids, getting way too much sleep (not enough), lethargic and deprived of mom’s cooking nourishment.

Above all, I’ve used this time to seriously ponder over how much time I am spending in blogging etc. It’s a huge commitment, requires a lot of hard work with NO pay whatsoever. But it’s my baby and I love doing what I do — sharing this space with each and every one of you.

Went for a glorious brunch on New Year’s eve. On the menu:

Red velvet pancake pups, delicious waffles, eggs, fruits and endless coffee refills.

I have been a slacker… and I blame it all on Santa 😉

My weeks has been super busy. Not one to complain — I’d take a busy week, rather than dull or a monotonous one.

We simply love this time of the year. You can literally feel the festivities in the air! Our Christmas was spent very low key this year. But that didn’t stop us from enjoying what was left of 2011…
