PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (T & C) CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING A BOOKING ON A MERCHANDISE. THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT APPLY TO YOUR PURCHASES.
By using this Site, placing a booking with us, you are indicating your acceptance of the following T & C. We reserve the right to make changes to this Site and these T & C at any time.
Order Acceptance Policy: Your booking does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order or our offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your booking or limit the quantity for any reason. We also may require additional verification or information before any booking acceptance. Booking Policy: All bookings/orders are final. We don’t entertain cancellation or change of purchase after booking confirmation. Buyers are financially responsible for any cancellation before or after receiving the merchandise. Standard Shipping: If you are located out of Kuala Lumpur or internationally, and very much interested in placing an order, please include this request in writing. The buyer would be responsible for additional local/international shipping, tracking, tax, customs or any related charges in order to complete an order. Upon finalizing the total cost of shipping and handling charges, the buyer must immediately make a payment to LOOT’s PayPal account to secure the booking. Upon receiving confirmation from PayPal, we would immediately process the shipping and provide a tracking number as a proof of transaction. If the buyer opt for normal postage instead, LOOT is not responsible for lost packages. Delivery: To minimize the cost of merchandise, we are exclusively offering this merchandise to Malaysians, residing in Kuala Lumpur for the convenience of avoiding any delivery or service charges. We would make a trip to Malaysia once or twice a year from US and deliver the goods as agreed between us and the buyer. Placing a booking does not entitle a buyer the immediate delivery of merchandise. Payment: Price in currencies other than USD would be calculated based on http://Xe.com daily competitive conversion rate. Cash on delivery is accepted only for delivery in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in person by me or any LOOT representative as agreed between us and the buyer. For international booking, we appreciate immediate payment into LOOT PayPal account to expedite the shipping process. Finally, we don’t entertain negotiations and/or installments on price.
