Baking
Baking is possible without flour and eggs these days. It’s incredible to see our expansion of knowledge about foods and substitutions. But thread lightly my friends, because these “less” territories are riddled with baking science experiments. Substituting a familiar ingredient used for generations will take a lot of testing.

Desserts
Hi Friends! I’ve cribbed about not having access to enough exotic ingredients here in Orlando in order to satisfy my cravings for Malaysian food or dessert. Cribbing is over, thank god! Time to steam some great Malaysian delicacies, all thanks to frozen ingredients. Hurrah!
