And that my friends is how one crosses the boundary of self-loathing by wishing herself a very Happy Birthday. Ha! Singing for myself is so self-rewarding. I’d love to think it that way.
The selfish gesture is simply because I am so grateful to my parents for having me in their life! Thank you Mommy & Daddy <3
I love you, Husband. For your support, advise and tolerating my occasional ranting. It’s earful all the time, but you are a champ.
Words cannot describe how much I LOVE my siblings, extended families and friends.
I am also very grateful we are alive and well after the accident a few weeks ago. Nothing serious, but by just taking a moment to be thankful, it wouldn’t hurt one bit.
Last but not least, I cannot express enough appreciation to YOU — each and every one of YOU who makes the effort to drop in, comment and support the insanity in me all these years.

Gosh, this post is truly sounding like a speech I would give during Academy Awards nomination. But there’s something so important that I need to share before I burst from all the excitement:

- So sorry, NO recipe is posted today — it’s officially a self-declared OFF DAY 😀
